Our consignment model is inspired by successful farm stop models around the country that strengthen food security and support local producers. In Bozeman, there hasn’t been a permanent farm market because of high costs and limited resources—running a wholesale store is expensive and often requires large upfront funding. Using a consignment approach allows us to open the store with minimal startup costs, focusing only on operating expenses, and it allows producers to keep more of the profit from their products.

Commission Structure

• 30% Commission: Fresh produce, meat, bread, and fresh flowers.
• 35% Commission: Other value-added foods and all non-edible products.
